- Before first use, wipe clean
- It is not recommended to heat the griddle when empty on a high heat. Always ensure the griddle contains sufficient fat or oil- or the food is adequately coated before placing in the hot oven.
- We do not recommend pre heating in the roasting oven for periods of longer than 5 minutes at a time.
- Do not plunge in to cold water after use
- If using in a TC AGA, please ensure you place the AGA Floor Grid on the floor of the oven first
- If using a traditional or DC model, place the griddle directly on to the floor of the oven, ensuring you have added required fat or liquid with the food
- Please note: This griddle does not fit on the AGA oven runners.
