Returns Policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return the item if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase. Once this period has elapsed, Waterford Stanley will refund or replace only at their discretion on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for returning your goods and any costs incurred.

It is recommended than upon returning goods to us, the order confirmation email that you originally received from us when purchasing the product should accompany the product. Replacement orders will only be dispatched to you once the initial order has been received by Waterford Stanley. Any refunds given will be returned to your credit card account.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
