Cookery Doctor Tip: Mix equal quantities of grated Cheddar and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a cold plain shelf line with a piece of Bake-O-Glide. Leave space as they will need to spread. Bake on the highest set of runners in the Roasting Oven until the cheese melts, turn the shelf and until just starting to turn golden brown. Transfer to cool over a rolling pin to set. Serve with drinks or use to garnish soup.
